We'll pamper you with splendid meals, wine, and hors d'oeuvres delivered to your cabin before the evening meal, breakfasts at your cabin door, and as much activity or relaxation as you wish.

The unspoiled surroundings, rich in natural beauty make for a truly unforgettable vacation - away from it all. (Many of the couples who honeymoon here, come back to see us again and again - this is the perfect place to celebrate any special occasion)
It starts with your accommodations-- your own lakeside cabin will be ready and waiting, with a cozy living room with fireplace, an attractive bedroom with a king sized bed and big homemade comforter, a full bath with either a home sized whirlpool tub or a multi-person hot tub, a private sauna and a full kitchen. The cabin is tastefully decorated and is fully equipped-- from big plush towels to all the kitchen items to a stack of firewood, and your refrigerator has a complimentary bottle of champagne for your first evening.
The
meals are a real treat. Breakfast is delivered to your cabin
each morning in a covered basket at a time of your choosing. Lunch
comes several ways--in the main dining room, as a packed picnic lunch
if you wish to be out for the day, or delivered to your cabin. Before
dinner we deliver appetizers and wine to your cabin to enjoy in front
of your fireplace.
Dinners at Gunflint set the standard for most of the Upper Midwest.
Five different entrees are offered each evening along with a fresh tasty
homemade soup, two kinds of salads, fresh warm breads, and several desserts
to choose from for a finishing touch.
Your package includes accommodations at Gunflint in one of our Romantic Cottages, all of your meals, wine and appetizers delivered to your cabin each evening, unlimited activities-boat, motor, canoe, kayaks, horseback riding, hiking, swimming, and nature activities...all unlimited, anytime you would like. We will also be glad to pack a picnic lunch if you want to be out exploring for the day.

Sunday arrival and Friday departure
You are met by a van at the airport and transported to a nearby
Country Inn for your first night of our package. We will
meet you in the morning with our van and drive you north to Gunflint. Please
schedule your departure flight for noon or later so we have time
to drive you back at the end of your honeymoon

2 Night Mini Moon Package
For a couple who wants to get away briefly, but still plan ahead for a major honeymoon later
This Mini Moon includes all the good things we have in our full honeymoon package, so we will still pamper you and give you all the special services, but it will be condensed into a 2 night package.
Includes: 2 nights accommodations, all meals, appetizers delivered to your cabin both evenings (with champagne the first night and with wine the second night), breakfasts delivered to your cabin each morning (if desired), a 1 hour horseback ride, a boat and motor, canoes and kayaks, and hiking trails. We will be glad to pack a picnic lunch for you if you wish to be out exploring for the day.
